Spring Break 2015

In March, S took the girls to AZ for spring break.

Lots of time with Grandmas.

And Grandpa.

And hanging out.

And texting Daddy pictures of them eating his favorite ice cream!

Winter (Feb. 2015)

It took a while to snow this year, but when it finally snowed it came down hard.

Indoor Winter Fun (Jan-Feb 2015)

With winter setting in we hunkered down and found a few fun things to do.

K took basketball at the YMCA on Saturdays.

L worked out too. By the end of winter she could lift 50 times her own body weight.

The girls convinced me to get my face painted.

And we hung out at the local bookstore.

Flashback Friday: May 1995

It's now been 20 years since M graduated from high school! He's missing his 20th year reunion, so here's a random pic in honor of the class of 1995. To M's left is his friend K, one of his close friends from high school.

L's B-day (2014)

In December we celebrated L's 4th birthday. As you can see, it's a Frozen themed party. At first she also wanted a Frozen cake, until she tasted M's cake on his birthday (chocolate cream cheese).

Christmas 2014

This was one of the few times we didn't visit family or have family visit us for Christmas. It was quiet but also relaxing.

Took in a play.

Set traps for Santa.

Opened presents on Christmas day.

Made L a homemade "Frozen" castle.

Hung out at the Children's Museum.

Leaf Zombies (Nov. 2014)

Yup, this is our lawn after all the leaves have fallen. Good thing M was trained while he was young to rake leaves.

You find all kinds of interesting things under the leaves!

October Fun (2014)

As fall continued we hung out with friends at the Indianapolis Children's Museum, visited local farms, and celebrated Halloween with two ninja turtles.

Flashback Friday: First Niece (29 Oct. 2005)

While living in Boston we were fortunate to have M's sister, M, living in New York. In Oct. 2005 she gave birth to P, our first niece.

M eventually got better at holding babies.

Disneyland, Day II (Oct. 2014)

The next day we went over to the California Adventure Park.

Aunty A had the day off, so she gave us the tour.

On the way back from Hawaii, we stopped at Disneyland for two days (thanks Aunty A for the hookups).

M took K on Splash Mountain. One of the two of them cried like a baby;>)
