One week old

Here are some pictures of K sleeping with her parents at 1 week old. M managed his first week as a new father, he forgot to do only one thing...shave.



S survived her first full night watching K. A little ambitious after returning from the hospital the night before, we returned to splitting the night shift with Grandma G. We went to our first doctor's appointment when she was exactly one week old, and she weighted 8 pounds 14 ounces. She gained 2 ounces from her birth weight. The doctor said it usually takes a newborn two weeks to gain back their birth weight. K is such a good little eater.
