Within the past three weeks, six teeth have arrived. Four on the top, two on the bottom, eight all together, and twelve more to go. K's handling it quite well, with the occasional help of Berry-flavored Motrin and Cherry-flavored Tylenol.

Yeah -- she's got some choppers!
Given the fact that I've seen thousands and thousands of teeth in my dental career, I believe I am qualified to say that Kai'ava has some gorgeous pearly whites! Way to go Kai'ava!
Now that's what I call a smile!
