We've been meaning to post this for awhile; and we're finally getting caught up now.
The day of K's birthday, we decided to surprise her with a trip to Mystic, CT. We've heard great things about the aquarium and its been on our list of places to visit in New England.
The biggest surprise wasn't so much the aquarium but spending time with her favorite cousins E & P. Visiting from Hawaii, she was quite happy to see them. (They were visiting family in NY.) It was a great and memorable day.

The kids still ask to go up and see K in Boston! We will try to come up and see everyone again. I'm not sure when!
Thank you guys for coming down that way. It was worth the trip.
K loved spending her birthday with two of her favorite people. It was well worth the cost of admission into the aquarium. ;)
