Come and Eat

M grew up on his grandmother's cooking. Living right next door she would cook dinner every night for his family (6 people), his cousins' family (5 people), and just about anyone else who would drop in. Below is one of her favorite meals--garlic chicken (this is the recipe you were looking for Craig). Ever since M was little, and even now, we all know when dinner was ready, as grandma would say in her Hawaiian accent, "Come and eat...".

Garlic Chicken

Ingredients:
12 boneless chicken thighs
8 Tablespoons of melted butter
4 garlic chopped
2 cups of bread crumbs
1 cup of grated Parmesan cheese

In a small bowl, mix melted butter and chopped garlic together.
In another bowl, mix bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese together.
Dip chicken into garlic butter, then dip into bread crumb mixture. Coat well.
Place chicken in greased baking pan or sheet.
Bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour.

Sweet! Looks like a great recipe. I love that the chicken is shaped like a heart. Did you plan that?!?

Yeah, I shaped all my meals for M in hearts, to show my devotion to him.;) No, I didn't plan it. Maybe its the angle the picture was taken. It does look like a heart though.
