Welcome to the Zoo

One of our favorite bedtime stories is "Welcome to the Zoo." K has faithfully asked to visit the zoo for several weeks, and today her efforts finally paid off.

The inspiration behind our trip

Showing Dad the way

Looking for the coyote

Close encounter with a cougar

Helping us find the llama

The stinky flamingos

Mommy and Daughter's matching jackets (We didn't plan it.)

That zoo out there out does our zoo. Do you guys have a play ground in the zoo? It looks like she had fun showing you guys around. Nice Jackets Girls!

we love the zoo too, even tho eko is afraid of the gorillas but loves the monkeys. I just wish the boston zoo was bigger. It was kindda small but the kids still loved it when we went last year.

Our zoo looks so sad in comparison. Every time we go, half the exhibits are closed and you can't find any animals in the other ones. Besides, the last time we went, Ola spent more time looking at the ground than at the animals. It looks like K had a great time though.

wait... which zoo is this? Franklin Park? If so-I'm amazed at how much better it is from when I was a kid. If it's not-ha ha ha! Some things don't change.
So fun for little ones to see animals.

Save some fun for when Grandma comes to visit! Lucky K, the zoo, the carnival, the playground. She really gets around.
