M's most requested meal item is frybread. He enjoys it with hamburger stew or substituting mini-sized frybread instead of a bun for hamburgers. This one is one of his favorites; slow cooked pot roast, lettuce, tomato, onions and frybread. For the past few weeks, we've been dealing with insurance companies, trying to find a new car, and recovering from being sick. M's the main one managing it all, so to show my appreciation, I am making all his frybread favorites.
