Today was S's b-day. In order to celebrate we went down to Newport, Rhode Island last night (thanks Monica for the hook-ups)--one of S's favorite places in New England. We had a great time today playing in the sun, taking in the sites, and eating fresh seafood.
I've occasionally teased S that her b-days planned by her family were always 3-day long 'festivals of life'. Hopefully I was able to provide some strong competition this year! Love you, happy birthday! M.
